Take 4-6 red skinned potatoes. Rinse and dry well. Cut into large wedges, leave the skin on. In a small bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and black pepper, one tablespoon of ground garlic powder, onion powder, one tablespoon of dried rosemary, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and one teaspoon of olive oil. Mix well and then toss with the potatoes. Make sure all the surfaces of potatoes are coated. Place on a pizza tray and bake at 3 degrees until potatoes are tender.
