Millet is a great substitute for rice


cook one cup of millet with two cups of water in pressure cooker for ten minutes.

I love millet.  I love its texture.  I love its taste.  I prefer to rice.  For every cup of millet, add two cups of water.   Cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
