Chocolate Banana Smoothies

Fat calories: 23% with peanut butter

Fat calories: negligible without peanut butter

So yummy!


Two tablespoons of agave nectar or two pitted dates

One large banana

one tablespoon of natural peanut butter (can omit)

Soy milk or almond milk

ΒΌ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

One cup of strong coffee, cold, can be decaffeinated (optional)


Place all ingredients in your high speed blender.  Blend well, add enough milk so that you achieve a smoothie with the consistency you desire.
