Chocolate Banana Smoothies

So yummy!


Two tablespoons of agave nectar or two pitted dates

One large banana

Two tablespoons of natural peanut butter

Soy milk or almond milk

ΒΌ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

10 raw, unsalted almonds

One cup of strong coffee, cold, can be decaffeinated (optional)


Place all ingredients in your high speed blender.  Blend well, add enough milk so that you achieve a smoothie with the consistency you desire.
