Buckwheat Pancakes


Here is a great way to add variety to your grains.



In a large bowl mix one cup of buckwheat flour, 2 tablespoons of agave nectar, two tablespoons of ground chia or flax seeds, 2 tsp of baking powder, 1 and 1/4 cup of almond milk,, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Mix thoroughly and let rest for 10 minutes.

Use a nonstick pan to make your pancakes.

Instead of syrup, try using a blender to puree strawberries. Add one tablespoon of agave nectar.
