Fat calories: 6%/serving without peanut butter



Toast two slices of whole wheat, multigrain bread, or sprouted grain. Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on both slices.  Cut a small banana into slices and layer them on one of the slices. 

So simple but really good.....and really energy packed.
