ingredients:


One large box baby arugula

juice of one lemon

8 crushed, roasted, unsalted almonds

shaved fennel bulb

1/3 cup of goji berries, dried cranberries, or currants or 4 chopped dates

pinch of salt and pepper


Toss well.
