Apple Muffins
Makes 12

Cook time 30 minutes
Ingredients
Two cups spelt flour, white wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour
two cups of unsweetened applesauce
one teaspoon of baking powder
one teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 an avocado mashed
three tablespoons of agave nectar (optional)
two tablespoons of ground chia seeds or flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon of salt
one tablespoon of cinnamon
one teaspoon of vanilla
6 tablespoons of water
Combine all of the above well and let sit for 15 minutes. Bake in muffin baking pan at 350 degrees for thirty minutes
